The current world headquarters for Gruppo is located at the iconic Chrysler Building in New York City. Its subsidiaries include: Gruppo Oil and Energy llc, founded in 2009; and Gruppo Brand Management llc, founded in 2011 and Gruppo Innovative Technologies llc founded 2021.

Gruppo's primary focus has been in the discipline of commercial real estate development, joint ventures, acquisitions and debt equity financing. In the past, Gruppo has been involved in real estate development and debt-equity finance projects. With the transition of the economic global marketplace along with the diverse application of Eco-friendly development projects that have driven the global sector; the Gruppo vision and ethos is to include green developments in government and infrastructure projects in Asia, Afrika, North America and Latin America.
